BRACELET AND NECKLACE SIZING
If ordering bracelet or necklace, simply take a string and gently wrap it around your wrist or neck. Remember to leave space and measure where you want the piece to lay. Take the string and measure it with a ruler. Please see most common sizes below.
Bracelet: 7” standard / 7.5” medium / 8” large
Necklace: 16” short / 18” standard / 20” long
RING SIZING
If you don’t know your ring size, it would be best to go to your nearest jewelry store to find your size.
Ordered the wrong size or something is wrong with your piece?
No worries! Please contact me within 7-10 days and we will work it out!
FULFILLMENT
All pieces are made by hand and some are made-to-order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for fulfillment of non- ready to ship items. If you need a piece by a particular date, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
SHIPPING
All of my pieces are carefully wrapped in a box and tied with a bow. I also include cleaning care instructions.
I primarily use USPS First Class and Priority Delivery and insure all packages valued over $200 for the full value of the item. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
You will receive a notification with the tracking number when your order ships. Please have your pieces shipped to a secure and safe address. Nichola Jewelry is not responsible for lost packages that have been marked as delivered.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I ship items within 3-5 days after payment is received. Buyer is responsible for all customs and duty fees. If you would like me to use via Express Mail or anything other than First Class Mail, please let me know when you place your order.

Nichola Jewelry will never share your private information with anyone.
RETURNS
Please contact me immediately if you feel there is a problem with your order. If you find that a piece is defective, all items are subject to a 14-day return policy and must be in new condition with the original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The buyer is responsible for securely shipping the item along with the original packaging, including insurance and tracking for the total cost of the item(s). Nichola Jewelry cannot offer refunds for any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts due to actions of the buyer, or items returned more than 14 days after receipt.
REPAIRS
If you’d like to request a repair, please contact me. I will generally repair jewelry at no charge within 6 months of purchase as long as it is deemed normal wear and tear. After 6 months, a charge will apply based on the complexity of the repair.
CUSTOM ORDERS

JEWELRY CARE
When not being worn, store jewelry in a small zip-lock bag, if possible, or a closed jewelry box to avoid tarnishing. Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising or applying any moisturizers or fragrances.
To clean your non-patina-treated jewelry, soak your jewelry in warm soapy water for a few minutes before rubbing gently with a soft toothbrush.
If the quality of a patina or oxidation is reduced over time due to normal wear, I will patina or oxidize the piece free of charge. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
